An Apprenticeship in Customer Service will give you the practical skills needed to deliver excellent customer service across a range of sectors from Government to Retail to Telecommunications
As an apprentice, you will work on front line delivery of the business dealing directly with their customers:

Progression Routes
Once you’ve completed your Apprenticeship, you have a lot of opportunities available to you:
A significant amount of the job training is undertaken in the workplace. This is a demanding but interesting course which should be achieved in 12 - 15 months whilst gaining valuable workplace experience.
Level 2 Customer Service course work includes:
• Interpersonal skills
• Communication
• Influencing skills
• Personal organisation
• Dealing with customer conflict and challenge
Functional Skills Level 2 Maths, English and ICT if required.
