Customer Service Level 1

Giving customers a great experience is top priority for all businesses and if you’re looking for a career in Customer Service, you'll need to learn essential skills to put your customers first in any industry.

 

Our level 1 course in Customer Service is the best way to start. Whether you want to work in front line customer care or behind the scenes in call centre support our recognised qualification will help you start your career.

 

Progression Routes

After you have completed your qualification you can progress on to a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service, a Level 2 course at college or start employment.

The course involves:

  • Maintaining positive and professional customer focus
  • Recognising and dealing with customer queries and requests
  • Problem solving
  • Communicating effectively with customers
  • Maintaining a positive impression of your organisation
  • A Customer Service work placement

You don’t need to have any previous qualifications. Our staff will help you to find the right level of qualification for you using our diagnostic assessments.

 

You must:

  1. Be aged 16 – 18 years old
  2. Not in education, employment or training.
  3. Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years (3 year continuous residence)
  4. Have a UK Birth Certificate, Passport or Home Office Papers showing your right to remain in the UK.
  5. Have a National Insurance number
