What is e2e?
First Rung delivers an innovative e2e development programme for 16–18 year olds who are not currently in training or employment. 
The tailor made programme aims to develop your skills you need to find the right job and make the most of your potential through your choices.
e2e also helps you progress towards an Apprenticeship, further learning or a job.
You will be learning three core areas:
vocational development (going out in the work place on a work placement),
basic and key skills and
personal and social development.
