Induction
All learners are given a comprehensive induction which clearly explains their rights and responsibilities and the rules and regulations. Learners receive a copy of the Learner’s Handbook and watch a training CD designed to encourage debate on equality of opportunity issues. 
We check that learners have gained appropriate knowledge and understanding through the completion of a questionnaire at the end of the induction programme.

Travel issues. In addition you will get to know each other, begin to make new friends and meet the staff who will be involved in your training.
Remember if you start a work experience placement on our e2e programme you will receive an introduction into the placement, and a health and safety induction.
