We at First Rung believe in the necessity of personal and professional development. First Rung recognises individual needs, abilities and accomplishments; promotes opportunities for learning; supports career choice and career enhancement; and cares about the psychological, social and physical well-being of all individuals.
We recognise that Personal Development Planning [PDP] and Employability Skills are closely linked and we have devised unique programmes to fully share these initiatives within the classroom.
PDP is absolutely central to learners’ awareness, planning and demonstration of Employability.
First Rung's delivery achieves a high level of engagement with the learners needed in order to be effective.
