Rules & Regulations
Whilst you are on the programme you will meet other people from a variety of different backgrounds and with different abilities. You are expected to treat everybody that you come into contact with, with respect.
We will be keeping an eye on your performance and behaviour and expect you to show commitment to your learning and development programme.
Any disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will be dealt with severely. This includes offensive language, verbal or physical abuse, discrimination and any behaviour which is felt to be threatening in any way.
Dress Code
You must wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the work you are doing. If you are not sure what to wear, then talk to your Learner Support or Centre Manager.
You must:
Not wear hats in the building (unless for religious reasons)
Not chew gum or smoke in the building
Not take personal phone calls (except in an emergency)
Keep your mobile switched off or on silent and it must be kept on your person
(First Rung will not take responsibility for any lost property)
