Centre Manager- Ruth Hayes
Ruth is responsible for the day to day running of the centre. She will sort out any work problems you have not been able to sort out with your Workshop Trainer, Assessor or Learner Support and they will talk to you regularly about the progress you are making.
Centre Supervisor/Learner Support - Liz Schindler (Colindale Centre) - Janet McNeice (Edmonton Centre)
Liz and Janet are involved with learner interviews, induction and reviews. They will help you with any problems you may have and will make appointments for you to see a Connexions Personal Advisor or any other support organisation necessary.
They also help support the Centre Manager in the day to day running of the centres,
Workshop Trainers
Your workshop trainers will work with you to help you develop your skills for life, such as reading, writing, IT and working with numbers. You will also be involved in looking at your personal development, motivation and employment skills.
Talk to them in the first instance if you have any concern or problem. If they can’t help you they will direct you to someone who can. You will have regular tutorials with workshop trainers.
Assessors
Assessors will visit you at your placement to develop your skills and knowledge while gaining valuable work experience. Some learners may wish to work towards a NVQ qualification.

Employer Engagement Officers
The Placement Development Officers will work with you in gaining a work experience placement of your chosen field. They will also help you with your interview skills as well as how to present yourself at interview.
