Brona Ratcliffe is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of diverse experience across multiple industries. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, she earned her Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin (UCD) before embarking on her career at GEC Turbine Generators in Rugby. There, she was given the opportunity to lead their graduate program, which ignited her interest in human resources and set the foundation for her HR career. Brona has held significant roles in various organisations, such as KFC, Menzie Aviation, and BT. This experience, including time living and working in Germany, has provided experience across different facets of HR such as organizational change, talent development, cultural transformation, and learning and development. Over the years Brona has developed a particular passion for helping people access career and development opportunities. She is currently Senior Director, People for the CI Technology function at S&P Global, with a particular interest in exploring the possibilities of AI. Brona is married and lives in Redhill, Surrey and in her down time is a keen sports fan, particularly golf which with her husband, she both watches and plays.
