Pathways to Apprenticeship
Get ready to start an Apprenticeship!
Our Pathways programmes are aimed to support school leavers to gain the skills and confidence needed to be job ready.
The 16-20 week programme, provides an introduction to their chosen vocation, to gain the knowledge and behaviours of their sector, alongside Functional Skills in English, maths and ICT/Essential Digital Skills.
Learners receive employability support and help with CV building and interview skills training. Individual advice and guidance are provided to support the young person's access to the right apprenticeship for them. All learners will be offered a guaranteed interview for an apprenticeship or a job.
Pathway learners attend the training centre 3 days per week where they gain the skills and support to progress onto an apprenticeship.
