Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Reports to: Recruitment and Marketing Manager

Purpose of the Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a young person leaving school or college. We are looking for a confident “can do” person to join our training centre to recruit candidates for our courses. All training will be provided. You will be responsible for general administration duties, as well as assisting the Marketing and Recruitment manager with project management of events.

Data Team Apprentice
Site: Ponders End (but will be required to work at both centres)
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Reports to: MI and Compliance Officer with support from Finance Manager
Salary: Depending on age
Purpose of the Job:
Do you want to start your career in data? You will be responsible for supporting the MI and Compliance officer in ensuring that income earned by the organisation each month is claimed accurately and contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the organisation. Employer Engagement officer
We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in sales who has excellent negotiating and communication skills. Experience in employer engagement, training needs analysis, recruitment and marketing campaigns is also essential. Ideally, candidates should have some knowledge and experience of apprenticeships. Proficiency in the use of IT and management information systems is also essential.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year.

EET PA (Education/Employment/Training Personal Adviser)

Provision of advice and guidance, mentoring, pastoral, personal development, and progression support to participants in First Rung programmes. Overseeing participant progress throughout their programme journey providing end-to-end support.
